Titan Cloud completes its SOC 2 Type II audit with zero findings, validating security, availability, and confidentiality controls across key platforms.

Independent audit validates security, availability, and confidentiality controls across Titan Edge and Supply & Logistics platforms.

As fuel and convenience retail operations become increasingly connected, protecting operational data and maintaining reliable technology platforms are more important than ever.

At Titan Cloud, we recognize that our customers rely on our technology to manage critical business operations—from environmental compliance and asset maintenance to fuel inventory, analytics, and supply chain visibility. That responsibility demands a continued commitment to information security, operational reliability, and customer trust.

We’re pleased to announce that Titan Cloud has successfully completed its SOC 2 Type II audit with no exceptions or findings reported.

The independent audit, conducted by FinAudit CPA PLLC, evaluated controls supporting the Security, Availability, and Confidentiality Trust Services Criteria across our Titan Edge and Supply & Logistics platforms.

This milestone reinforces our commitment to maintaining the controls and processes that enterprise customers expect from a trusted technology partner.

What Is SOC 2 Type II, and Why Does It Matter?

SOC 2 (System and Organization Controls 2) is an independent examination framework developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). It evaluates how service organizations manage controls related to the security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy of information, as applicable.

Unlike a SOC 2 Type I report, which evaluates controls at a specific point in time, a SOC 2 Type II audit assesses whether controls are suitably designed and operating effectively over an extended period.

Titan Cloud’s audit covered February 1 through July 31, 2026, providing independent assurance regarding the design and operating effectiveness of the controls included in the examination.

Completing the audit with zero findings demonstrates the strength of Titan Cloud’s control environment throughout the six-month review period.

Why Security and Reliability Matter in Fuel Operations

Fuel retailers, distributors, and other downstream operators manage complex networks of locations, assets, systems, and service providers. Technology platforms increasingly connect operational data and workflows across these environments.

As organizations consolidate systems and expand their use of cloud-based technology, they need confidence that their technology providers maintain appropriate safeguards.

For Titan Cloud customers, the SOC 2 Type II report provides additional assurance in three important areas:

Security: Protecting critical information

Security controls help protect systems and information against unauthorized access, inappropriate use, and other security risks.

Availability: Supporting dependable operations

Availability controls help ensure systems are managed to support their operational commitments, an important consideration for organizations relying on cloud technology to oversee distributed operations.

Confidentiality: Safeguarding sensitive business data

Confidentiality controls support the protection of information designated as confidential, helping customers maintain confidence in how their business information is handled.

Together, these controls support the trust customers place in Titan Cloud as they manage increasingly complex fuel operations.

Building on Our Commitment to Information Security

Titan Cloud’s successful SOC 2 Type II audit builds on our broader information security program, including our ISO 27001 certification.

While ISO 27001 establishes requirements for an information security management system, SOC 2 Type II provides an independent assessment of specified controls over a defined period.

Together, these achievements demonstrate our ongoing investment in security governance, risk management, and operational discipline.

For enterprise customers, these independent assessments can also help streamline vendor risk assessments, security reviews, and procurement processes.

Supporting Enterprise Operations with Confidence

As fuel operators modernize their technology environments, security and operational performance must advance together.

Titan Cloud continues to invest in a connected technology platform that helps customers improve visibility, reduce manual processes, and make more informed operational decisions.

Our SOC 2 Type II audit is an important part of that commitment. It reflects the work of teams across Titan Cloud to establish, maintain, and continuously improve the controls that support our technology and customers.

Security isn’t a one-time milestone. It’s an ongoing responsibility.

We’re proud of this achievement and remain focused on strengthening the trust our customers place in Titan Cloud every day.
