Titan Cloud and Metergram Partner to Help CPOs Improve Charger Reliability and Integration Readiness

Reading Time : 3min read

Titan EV has signed a partnership agreement with Metergram, a specialist EV software consultancy and integration partner working with CPOs and CSMS platforms across the charging ecosystem.

As CPOs scale, they face increasing operational pressure: charger reliability, fragmented systems, complex integrations, and the need for structured maintenance execution.

The systems and processes that work for smaller networks become increasingly difficult to manage at scale: faults increase, integrations become more complex, and manual processes start creating operational bottlenecks.

Many operators also discover that while chargers may appear technically “online,” they are not always truly available to drivers due to issues such as damaged connectors, payment terminal faults, or unresolved maintenance issues.

In many cases, we see companies that are still relying on disconnected workflows, spreadsheets, emails, and manual coordination processes that become increasingly difficult to sustain as networks grow into hundreds or thousands of chargers.

In this context, Titan Cloud and Metergram will work together to help operators improve charger reliability, streamline maintenance operations, and navigate integration with existing CSMS platforms. The partnership is focused on helping operators connect operational systems more effectively, reduce manual intervention, and improve visibility as networks grow.

As Björn Albertsson, Co-founder of Metergram, said: “It’s about bringing EV integration and operational systems together — so operators can scale without losing control.”

Titan brings structured maintenance automation and operational reliability workflows, helping operators move from reactive maintenance to more automated, scalable operations. Metergram brings deep CPO advisory experience, integration expertise, and trusted relationships across the EV charging ecosystem.

Together, the partnership aims to help operators move from fragmented systems and reactive operations toward a more connected, proactive approach to EV network management.

Let’s connect at UNITI Expo 2026

Titan EV and Metergram will both be at UNITI Expo  in Stuttgart, May 19–21. Metergram will spend time with Titan EV on the stand, bringing relevant CPO conversations and supporting joint discussions around integration, reliability, and operational maturity.

If you’re scaling your network and starting to feel operational strain — whether through rising maintenance complexity, fragmented systems, or increasing operational costs — or wondering how to move from siloed systems and manual processes to a connected, automated operating model that truly scales, that’s the conversation we’d like to have.

Meet Titan EV and Metergram at UNITI to discuss how CPOs can improve charger reliability and operational performance as networks scale. Book a 1:1 on-site meeting.
