From May 11–13, Titan Cloud hosted its 2026 Executive Circle, a gathering for strategic customers across North America’s fuel, convenience, fleet, and energy operations ecosystem.

As someone who spends a great deal of time with our customers, Executive Circle is one of the most valuable moments of the year for me. It gives us the opportunity to hear directly from industry leaders about what is changing, what is challenging, and where fuel operations are headed next.

Now in its third year, Executive Circle brought together senior leaders from some of the industry’s most influential organizations for two and a half days of candid discussion, customer-led panels, product conversations, and peer-to-peer collaboration. Across the event, one theme came through clearly: the operators best positioned for the future are the ones building more connected, data-driven, and resilient businesses today.

Executive Takeaways

  • AI is moving from experimentation to operational decision support.
  • Unified operational data is becoming a competitive advantage.
  • Fuel and EV operations are converging.
  • Predictive maintenance reduces downtime.
  • Compliance automation remains a major investment priority.
  • Retailers are prioritizing operational resilience.

A More Connected Approach to Fuel Operations

Fuel and convenience operators have always run complex businesses. But the scope of that complexity has changed. Fuel operations have always required precision. But today’s environment demands a new level of visibility and speed. Operators are navigating margin pressure, supply volatility, labor constraints, evolving compliance requirements, and the need to make faster decisions across increasingly complex organizations.

Executive Circle gave customers a forum to discuss these realities openly with peers facing similar challenges. Through panels, breakouts, and product feedback sessions, attendees shared how they are moving from disconnected systems and reactive workflows toward more centralized, intelligent, and proactive ways of operating.

Recognizing Customer Leaders Driving Impact

Executive Circle also provided an opportunity to recognize customers who are using Titan Cloud to create measurable business value, strengthen operations, and help move the industry forward. Titan Cloud was proud to recognize the following 2026 Executive Circle award recipients:

Business Impact Award: 7-Eleven, Inc.
7-Eleven has turned Titan Cloud into mission-critical infrastructure for managing fuel compliance, asset data, inspections, and operational visibility across one of the largest fuel networks in the world. Their team is driving impact at enterprise scale by automating critical reporting, connecting teams and partners, reducing manual work, and helping the business act faster with trusted data.

Innovation Award: FedEx Corporation
FedEx is leveraging Titan Cloud across compliance, supply, and logistics workflows to improve visibility and streamline fuel operations. By adopting Titan Supply & Logistics, FedEx is reducing manual processes around fuel order creation and reconciliation while working toward improved contract allocation visibility and deeper integration with enterprise systems.

Trailblazer Award: Jacksons Food Stores, Inc.
Jacksons Food Stores is taking meaningful steps to modernize and connect key areas of its fuel operations. The team is expanding its use of Titan Cloud by incorporating permit management into compliance workflows and launching a fuel analytics pilot across 50 sites.

Efficiency in Action Award: United Parcel Service, Inc.
As a Titan Managed Services customer, UPS has transformed how it manages inspections, compliance, maintenance, and fuel operations across its enterprise network. By centralizing visibility and moving toward real-time, exception-based decision-making, UPS has reduced unnecessary manual work, enabled faster action across teams, and created meaningful operational savings.

Strategic Partnership Award: Quest Transport, LLC
Quest Transport has been a true partner in helping shape Titan Cloud’s Supply & Logistics platform. Through consistent collaboration, thoughtful feedback, and a solutions-oriented approach, Quest has helped strengthen capabilities that deliver value for the broader customer community.

Best in Class Compliance Award: United Pacific / Alta Convenience
United Pacific / Alta Convenience has demonstrated an outstanding commitment to environmental compliance and operational discipline. The team has used Titan Cloud to strengthen reporting, improve tracking, support proactive issue resolution, avoid penalties, and support more than $1.3 million in remediation reimbursement.

Efficiency in Action Award: Penske Corporation
Penske Corporation was also recognized for its significant progress in operational consistency and efficiency. The team successfully transitioned from an on-premise system to Titan Cloud within a year, standardized processes to improve system connectivity, strengthened AFI and release detection workflows, and improved compliance testing performance.

Building for a More Volatile Market

A recurring topic throughout the event was the growing need for real-time decision-making. In a market where supply dynamics can shift quickly and margin pressure remains constant, operators can no longer rely on monthly reports, manual processes, or fragmented views of performance. Teams need connected data and workflows that help them respond faster across pricing, inventory, maintenance, compliance, and network optimization.

Discussions also reinforced the importance of margin intelligence. As operators plan for long-term demand shifts and short-term volatility, the ability to understand performance at both the site and network level is becoming increasingly important. Strong operators are no longer defined only by scale or experience. They are increasingly defined by how well they use data, automation, and connected workflows to make better decisions across the business.

Product Innovation and Customer Feedback

Executive Circle also gave Titan Cloud customers direct access to product and leadership teams to discuss the innovations shaping our platform. Customers shared feedback on current workflows, emerging priorities, and opportunities to help their teams move faster. These conversations help ensure our roadmap stays grounded in the realities of complex, distributed operations.

Most importantly, they reflected the strength of our partnership with customers. The best innovation happens when we listen closely, test ideas against real-world complexity, and build with the people using our platform to run critical operations every day.

A Community Focused on What Comes Next

The discussions at Executive Circle 2026 highlighted a clear direction for the industry: organizations that unify fuel operations, maintenance, compliance, and operational intelligence into a single connected ecosystem will be better equipped to improve reliability, reduce operational costs, support future energy infrastructure, and make faster, data-driven decisions.

Executive Circle is more than an annual event. It is a forum for industry leaders shaping the future of fuel operations. This year’s conversations made one thing clear: as complexity increases, the operators best positioned to lead will be those using connected systems, actionable data, and proactive operations to make faster, smarter decisions.

On behalf of our Customer Success organization and the entire Titan Cloud team, thank you to the customers, partners, and team members who made the 2026 Executive Circle so valuable. I’m grateful for your trust, candor, and collaboration, and we’re already looking forward to building on this momentum at next year’s event.
