Titan Cloud expands platform with acquisition of Urgent and Techniche EV
NASHVILLE, Tenn., November 24, 2025 – Titan Cloud, the leading AI-driven data platform for Energy Asset Optimization, today announced the closing of its acquisition of Urgent and Techniche EV from Techniche Limited. Urgent is now part of Titan Maintenance, and Techniche EV becomes Titan EV, advancing Titan’s mission to give downstream operators a unified platform to manage the full range of energy assets across their networks.
With the deal complete, Urgent’s maintenance capabilities and Techniche EV’s performance and management capabilities are now part of Titan Cloud’s connected ecosystem. Operators can bring fuel assets, critical store systems, and EV infrastructure into a single view, backed by Titan’s AI-driven data platform.
“We’re building the platform operators will rely on to run the next decade of energy,” said Brett Garrett, CEO of Titan Cloud. “The advantage is in the data—bringing fuel, EV, and equipment performance together and using it to run operations with greater accuracy and speed. Integrating these capabilities moves that vision forward and gives operators the insight they need to protect revenue, improve efficiency, and move their networks ahead.”
The acquisition closes as the Urgent and Techniche EV products have been selected in several new agreements with convenience retailers investing in smarter equipment management, proactive maintenance, and expanded EV charging networks. EV deployments continue to grow at a double-digit pace across Europe, highlighting the need for data-driven solutions that improve uptime, reduce waste, and support a broader mix of energy sources.
