The 2025 Titan Cloud Executive Circle event brought together industry innovators, decision-makers, and executives for our second annual gathering. The invite-only experience, held in the heart of downtown Nashville, featured insightful speaking sessions and panel discussions, executive networking, and true Music City entertainment at the Musicians Hall of Fame.
We were also proud to recognize Titan Cloud customers leading the industry by demonstrating best practices in retail fuel operations. Here is a recap of our 2025 Titan Cloud Executive Circle Award Ceremony winners:
Our 2025 Business Impact Award recognizes Parkland USA and Parker’s Kitchen for demonstrating ROI factors and significant operational benefits using Titan Cloud solutions.
As a market share leader in Canada and internationally, Parkland USA has more than 200 company-owned convenience stores in the United States. Parkland integrated Titan Cloud’s fuel supply management platform in order to centralize and streamline dispatching, inventory management, and daily operations to fulfill their vision for world-class service and expansion.
By automating logistics throughout the entire fuel supply chain, including contract management, automated dispatch, transport optimization, and faster invoicing, Parkland was able to reduce their average Day Sales Outstanding (DSO) by greater than 10 days and see a 7-figure reduction in operating expenses. They were also able to harness existing logistics data to optimize LTL operations, further streamlining dispatch and transport efficiencies.
A prominent operator of over 90 fuel and convenience locations across Georgia and South Carolina, Parker’s Kitchen has utilized Titan Cloud’s unified platform since 2021 to optimize operations, ensure compliance, and streamline fuel management. In 2024, they expanded their partnership to enhance supply chain and logistics capabilities, adding Titan Cloud tools for end-to-end inventory management, forecasting, and hauler and carrier oversight.
Combined, the two-phased implementation is empowering Parker’s Kitchen to optimize operational processes, improve efficiency across all locations, and make informed decisions based on real-time data analytics. Better resource management and real-time monitoring of key metrics have also helped Parker’s Kitchen reduce operational costs as they accelerate their business strategy, including plans to double in size over the next five years.
Our 2025 Innovation Award was presented to Circle K and to Kroger for highlighting the full range of Titan Cloud capabilities and using our solutions to improve their downstream fuel management in new and innovative ways.
Managing thousands of sites across North America, Circle K chose Titan Cloud as part of prioritizing accurate compliance and supply chain data management; their aim was to more accurately diagnose fuel loss factors and rectify Tank Gauge Calibration issues.
After integrating our platform, Circle K surpassed their original implementation goals, leveraging fuel system analytics to reduce environmental risk and automate compliance tracking using exception-based management. They also activated their system metadata in constructive ways, using centralized historical consumption data to enable predictive maintenance, minimizing downtime and improving operational efficiency. By unlocking network-wide innovation, Circle K supported smart, growth-minded business strategies.
With supermarkets across 35 states, including 1,700 fuel center sites and more on the horizon, Kroger chose Titan Cloud to support expansion strategies that had moved beyond their traditional TOPS system.
By implementing our cloud-based Fuel Asset Optimization platform, the company was able to eliminate manual processes and on-premise compliance tools, fully modernizing their fuel data and compliance workflows. Through automation, Kroger also increased their resource capacity and enabled their team to be more proactive than reactive, increasing employee productivity. In the process, employee productivity also grew.
Our 2025 Best in Class Compliance Award recognizes Sheetz and to 7-Eleven for upholding the highest standards of environmental compliance, using the Titan Cloud solutions to optimize their strategies.

Fully leveraging the capabilities of the Titan Cloud compliance solution, Sheetz is able to provide regular updates and transparent reporting on its environmental performance, demonstrating accountability and a clear commitment to continuous improvement.
Confident in their technology’s capabilities to uphold the highest standards at their retail sites, Sheetz expands their compliance efforts beyond their own footprint, collaborating with environmental organizations, local governments, and industry stakeholders to enhance sustainable practices overall. Their contribution to large-scale environmental efforts further amplifies the positive impacts on communities and ecosystems.
With more than 50,000 stores around the world, including about 4,500 sites with fuel, 7-Eleven leverages Titan Cloud to alleviate environmental risk by monitoring more than 100,000 sensors and managing over 600,000 test records. They also use our centralized system to create a standardized playbook for collecting, evaluating and managing operational compliance data, so that consolidation of related systems post M&A is smooth and seamless.
Furthering their commitment to environmental standards, 7-Eleven engages an additional layer of environmental protection by using Titan Cloud software to help optimize their hazardous waste container management. They also proactively collaborate with regulatory agencies, standards boards, and supplier partners to share best practices.
Our 2025 Operational Excellence Award was presented to UPS and to Enterprise Mobility for showcasing improved fleet operations efficiency utilizing Titan Cloud solutions.
As the world’s premier package delivery company, UPS services 1.6 million shipping customers per day and manages a sprawling fleet that includes 100,000 delivery trucks in the U.S. alone. Using Titan Cloud solutions to centralize compliance and facility data collection, the company now employs enterprise software workflows to replace traditional paper-based systems. In moving to exception-based reporting and a digital-first approach, UPS has shifted from a reactive operational position to a proactive one, led by data automation and actionable analytics.
Enterprise Mobility has grown from a family of business lines to a leading global mobility solutions provider covering multiple specialties, including fleet management. Still a privately held family business after more than 65 years, Enterprise has fortified their homegrown business with the investment in technology needed to power a worldwide business leader.
Leveraging the Titan Cloud platform, Enterprise Mobility has improved environmental processes and visibility by doubling AFIs and visual inspections over the past two years. By optimizing alarm response, the organization has been able to reduce maintenance costs, greatly improving efficiency in the process. Expanding further, Enterprise has used platform data to populate in-depth internal KPI metrics used to improve team efficiency and engagement across more than sixty groups.
