Q&A with Jeff Larosa, VP of Global Implementation at Titan Cloud

Accelerating Value Through Smarter Implementation

We’re excited to welcome Jeff Larosa, Vice President of Global Implementation at Titan Cloud. In this Q&A, Jeff shares what drew him to Titan Cloud, his leadership philosophy, and how his team is helping customers realize value faster through scalable, data-driven implementation strategies.

Welcome to Titan Cloud, Jeff! What drew you to join the Titan team?

I’ve spent most of my career in SaaS and data-driven technology organizations, and Titan Cloud immediately stood out for its unified platform and focus on transforming how the fuel and energy industries operate. The opportunity to help scale a business that simplifies complex data and technology for customers was a perfect fit for my background and passion.

You’ve led high-performing teams across SaaS, implementation, and operations at companies like ADP and Equifax. What lessons are you bringing to Titan Cloud?

The most successful organizations are those that invest in both people and process. Over the past decade, I’ve seen how team alignment and empowerment directly translate to customer success. At Titan, I’m focused on ensuring our teams have the clarity, structure, and support needed to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes at scale.

What excites you most about Titan Cloud’s implementation approach?

Several things stand out, starting with the opportunity to implement our various solutions with a consultative mindset to drive value for our customers by understanding and solving their pain points.   Next, Titan’s ability to unify complex systems—fuel, logistics, maintenance, and compliance—into one intelligent platform is incredibly powerful. Our goal now is to refine how we deliver that value faster. That means improving project velocity, strengthening integration readiness, and enhancing collaboration across regions. Implementation isn’t just deployment; it’s the moment customers start seeing measurable impact from their investment.

Titan Cloud serves a broad customer base, from global retailers to mid-market operators. How does your team ensure success across such diverse segments?

Success starts with understanding each customer’s business model and priorities. Whether we’re onboarding a multinational retailer or a regional operator, we adapt our implementation strategy to fit their needs. For larger, more complex programs, we’re placing extra focus on integrations, regional data requirements, and shared accountability with customers and partners. It’s about staying flexible while maintaining consistency and quality in delivery.

Data integration is often one of the most complex parts of any implementation. How does Titan Cloud simplify that process?

Integration is our biggest area of focus, as the data inputs are critical to success. Titan Cloud’s architecture is designed to connect easily with existing systems—fuel monitoring, compliance, logistics, analytics, and more. We’re continuing to drive standardized data frameworks that speed up deployment and minimize complexity. We’ve also expanded our data team globally to improve knowledge sharing and accelerate onboarding for customers around the world.

As Titan Cloud continues to grow globally, how do you see implementation evolving?

We’re evolving in three key areas: smarter resource allocation, deeper cross-functional collaboration, and stronger use of data for decision-making. We’ve introduced more structured KPI tracking to help us measure what matters—project throughput, customer readiness, and delivery speed. These insights help us manage backlog reduction and continuously improve execution.

We’re also expanding regionally, adding resources in key markets like the UK, Australia, and India to strengthen global coverage and responsiveness. It’s about building the capacity to deliver faster while maintaining the quality and consistency customers expect.

How do you balance scaling implementation while keeping the customer experience personal?

Before leading operations and implementation teams, my leadership journey started managing strategic client relationships and experiences.  It has rooted my approach and north star to always be about driving value and experience for the customer in an effective manner.

It’s also a balance between structure and flexibility. We’re standardizing frameworks and project methodologies to scale efficiently, but every customer still gets dedicated project leadership and direct visibility into their implementation. That personal connection—clear communication, proactive updates, and responsiveness—is what builds trust and long-term success.

Tell us a bit about yourself outside of work.

I’m based in Louisville, Kentucky—home of horses, basketball, and bourbon—where I live with my wife of 17 years, Erin, our two teenage daughters, Evie and Maya, and our dogs, Summer and Kurt (he came with that name). Most of our time revolves around the girls’ gymnastics and volleyball, and when we’re not at a meet or game, we love being outdoors or traveling.

What are a few things people might not know about you?

Other than my focus on family, I’m a big sports fan, especially college basketball and football, but grew up playing golf and still chase the little ball when I can. I’m also forever stuck listening to 90’s music and always up for a great concert or a good show recommendation.
