Rick Klein serves as SVP of North American Sales at Titan Cloud, where he leads go-to-market strategy and revenue growth across the region. His appointment reflects Titan Cloud’s continued investment in scaling a high-performance commercial organization to support its leadership in downstream fuel asset management.
Rick brings more than two decades of experience building and leading enterprise sales teams across some of the most successful software companies in the industry. He has played a key role in scaling four category-defining organizations, including two through initial public offerings, with leadership positions at Oracle, Workday, Anaplan and HiBob. Known for his ability to build teams deeply invested in customer success, Rick focuses on creating aligned, accountable organizations that drive long-term, sustainable growth.
In addition to his operating role, Rick is a Limited Partner at Stage 2 Capital, where he partners with early-stage B2B companies to help develop scalable, repeatable revenue models.
Originally from northern Wyoming, Rick grew up in the heart of energy country, shaping his connection to the industry he serves today. He holds a BS in Natural Resources from the University of Vermont and lives in the New York metropolitan area with his wife and family.
