Titan Cloud Country Manager for Saudi Arabia Amer Bakarman

As Country Manager for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Amer Bakarman oversees a critical region for Titan Cloud. His efforts to find, and establish trust with, new customers contribute tremendously to our expanding global presence and emphasize the importance of the KSA market in particular.

We sat down with Amer in his home office in Riyadh to learn more about his background, why he joined Titan Cloud, and how he is helping shape our future in the region.

You joined Titan Cloud in December 2024. Were you involved in the downstream fuel industry prior to that?

I’ve been working in the fuel industry since 2019. I started by supervising site construction, and then I moved into roles as a Maintenance Manager and later into Operations. Over the years, I’ve covered a wide range of positions, giving me deep, hands-on experience across the entire lifecycle of projects, from execution to maintenance and operations.

That definitely covers a lot. What made you join Titan Cloud? What was it about the role that appealed to you?

One of the main reasons I joined Titan Cloud was to deepen my own expertise. I was especially drawn to how Titan approaches operations: digging into variances, identifying root causes, and really elevating operational performance. As I learned more, I was fascinated by how our unified platform connects everything—compliance, testing, maintenance, fuel analytics and supply and logistics—into one view.

I also enjoy working directly with our clients to understand their operations, uncover the challenges they face, and work towards finding solutions that will help them improve their operations. Overall, I love learning and problem-solving, and I’m happy to say that in my role, I get to do both, while also being part of a company that’s uniquely reshaping how fuel operators run their business.

How do you see Titan Cloud evolving as a global company? What do you see as your key priorities this year to fuel our growth?

Titan Cloud is making a strong push to expand globally, and it’s clear that we’re serious about bringing our solutions to the international stage. I truly believe we’re on track to become the global leader in wetstock management. Our competitors don’t have the same breadth of capabilities or the opportunities that Titan Cloud has.

Overseeing the KSA market, my top priority is to ensure the success of our key opportunities in the region. All our clients here are new, so it’s critical that their initial experience with Titan Cloud is a strong one. My focus is on delivering successful outcomes, building trust, and creating local success stories that can drive word-of-mouth and broader market awareness. Generating successful partnerships early is essential for long-term growth.

Beyond your industry-specific skillset, what else do you bring to your role? How do your strengths align with Titan Cloud’s approach?

I love solving problems and learning in the process, so much so that I lose track of time when I’m diving into an issue and working towards a solution. I also genuinely enjoy educating clients. Presenting our solutions and helping them understand how we can support their business is something I find very fulfilling.

In terms of company alignment, I really love the culture and environment at Titan Cloud. I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with the leadership team and see the way they emphasize the importance of trying and giving our best effort, even if the outcome isn’t always a win. I’m also very grateful to Seb Kachoei, our Sales Director for Emerging Markets, who helped me seize the opportunity to join the team and has been a great support from day one.

How about outside of work? What do you like to do with your free time?

Family is incredibly important to me, so outside of work I spend most of my time with my family, either my immediate family or my parents. We’re all very close and make it a point to see each other every week. Family time is a core part of who I am and I try to make the most of it whenever I can.
