Thrash will be responsible for leading Titan’s account management and client implementation efforts. A recognized industry expert, Thrash most recently served as Senior Environmental Compliance Specialist for Enterprise Holdings, the world’s largest fleet operator with over $14 billion in annual sales and a fleet of one million vehicles, where he led centralized above ground storage tank (AST) and underground storage tank (UST) compliance management initiatives for the global company. Thrash also has in-depth expertise in facilities management.
